Our Mission
At Friends of Princeville, we are dedicated to preserving the quality, appearance, and future of the Princeville community.
We advocate for Princeville’s future, preserving its beauty, maintaining its infrastructure, and helping ensure that our community remains an attractive place to live and invest.
Inform
We explain what is happening in Princeville and why it matters to owners. We make community issues, PHCA decisions, plans, spending, and governing documents easier to understand.
Evaluate
We look beyond announcements and promises to examine facts, decisions, costs, and results. We ask whether actions serve the broader Princeville community and support its long-term needs.
Advocate
We advocate for decisions that preserve Princeville’s beauty, maintain and improve its infrastructure, and strengthen the community for the future. When we believe something should change, we will say so and explain why.
Participate
Princeville works better when owners pay attention and take part. We encourage owners to vote, attend meetings, ask questions, share ideas, and help shape the future of their community.
